This process models the base and wall of the Flat Channel Letter as two separate parts. There are two practical application methods in real-world use:

The first is for front-and-back illuminated letters. The separate base can be made of light-diffusing material to create an illuminated base.

The second is to create a structural split using the same material. The separate base facilitates the installation of LED lights.

Full Craft Production Process：

      Step 1: Import a 2D file or input text.

      Step 2: Adjust parameters to generate the model (configurable parameters include: wall thickness, base thickness, overall letter height, letter thickness, step width and step height).

      Step 3: Export STL and PLT files.

      Step 4: Slice (select a template).

      Step 5: Print and cut the acrylic.

      Step 6: Assemble.
