In the advertising signage industry, the Flat Channel Letter Process is one of the most commonly used techniques. Our 2D-to-3D technology generates the base shell and wall of the illuminated letter in one piece, and automatically creates steps on the wall that hold the acrylic in place.

Full Craft Production Process：

Step 1: Import a 2D file or input text.
Step 2: Adjust parameters to generate the model (configurable parameters include: wall thickness, base thickness, overall letter height, letter thickness, and step width and height).

Step 3: Export STL and PLT files.

Step 4: Slice (select a template).

Step 5: 3D print the components and cut the acrylic.

Step 6: Assemble the parts.
